NHS Offer - Frequently Asked Questions

I’m not a nurse, but do support them by doing ……………… instead, do I qualify
This offer is currently open only to those working directly for the NHS rather than all key workers. We will update via social media and on our website if this changes in future.

You must be able to provide photographic evidence by forwarding a selfie of you in uniform or a picture of your NHS ID badge (showing your face and NHS logo but with any sensitive or confidential information obscured).

 

I’ve forgotten to apply my discount, can you amend my order?
As payment has already been taken, we may not be able to amend this before the order is despatched. Please send an email to ukenquiry@endura.co.uk with details - please include your unique code in your message.

 

I’ve placed an order but need to change a product, can this be amended?
Unfortunately, due to our fast processing of orders we are unable to change any products on your order. If you wish to return the goods when you receive them we will issue you with a full refund once we are in receipt of them.

 

I’ve ordered the wrong size can this be amended?
You can request a size exchange by filling out the form on the reverse of your despatch note detailing the size required. You can then use the Free returns label to send it back for exchange.
You have 60 days to do this from the date of your original order.

 

I’ve emailed in for my voucher code but not heard back, yet my friends have...
This offer is now closed and all codes have been issued. If you've emailed us and haven't received a code in return then please check your junk folder as a few replies have been getting caught as spam. If there's still nothing there, then please get in touch through social media - Facebook / Instagram / Twitter.

 

When I get to the checkout my promotion says it’s not working?
Double check that you’ve entered the correct code – make sure you enter It exactly as shown in the email. If it still doesn’t work then, please drop us an email - ukenquiry@endura.co.uk with details of the promotion code you have been supplied with and we can check this against our records.

 

When I get to the checkout my promotion code isn't applying a discount?
The maximum purchase that you can make is £1000. If your total basket exceeds the maximum, then the discount will not be applied – please remove items to drop you back under £1000 and head back to the checkout to apply your code.

 

How long are orders currently taking?
We anticipate you receiving your order within ten working days from date of order. If you have not received tracking information for your order within this timescale, please contact us at ukenquiry@endura.co.uk with your order reference and we can look into this for you.


Can I use the discount code to buy clearance items?
